SHRINKAGE CONTROL FOR TUBULAR KNIT FABRICS

ECO-ENERGYS MACHNINERY DEVELOPMENT. We, as specialist manufacturers of textile machinery of sorts ,after years of continuous and extensive R & D efforts have developed a state-of-the art "Tubular Knit Compactor" for the dimensional stability of knit fabrics.

This machine will spread steam and SHRINK all types of tubular fabrics at speeds up to 50meter/minute. This Compactor is used in place of the conventional Finishing Calender and provides all the features of the Calender id addition to elimination length shinkage ofcotton and cotton blends.

The "Tubular Knit Compactor" offers the following features/functions:

CLOTH ENTRY:

Consists of framework clothing rollers,tension rack and idler rollers for providing proper fabric presentation to spreaders.

METAL DETECTOR:

Optionally mounted at fabrics entry,the device "electron cally" detects metal objects such as knitting needles and prevents damage to the Gull-Wing critical components.

CROSSLINE CONTROL:

Two individually adjustable control rolls engage the spreader and drive the full width of the fabric.The operator merely selects top or botton control and dials in the degree for crossline correction.

OVERFEED:

Full width rolls provide a positive drive around the fabric circumference width overfeed for complete relaxation in the steam zone.This adjustment can be made while the machine is in operation with reference gauges to simplify reproduction.
